• HIV testing, treatment, and prevention (including PrEP and PEP)

• STI testing and treatment

• Preventive health screenings

3. ELIGIBILITY
 

Our services are available to all individuals regardless of insurance status, income level, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or immigration status. However, you must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian to receive care unless otherwise permitted by law.

4. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
 

We encourage patients to schedule appointments in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

 

5. PAYMENT AND FEES
 

Inclusive Care offers a sliding scale fee structure based on income. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment and may bill insurance when applicable.
